  Had my daughter cremated here and I got the best of service. They were very professional and Sympathic. They called me to tell me her urn was ready and it was. This was back in January of 2012.

  Buyer beware! A close friend's husband died a week ago Friday. When the people came out to pick up the body my friend asked if they could wait on the cremation (pre-purchased plan) until her daughter flew in the next morning. We went by the Casa Grande funeral home on Saturday morning buy no one was there and their hours were posted as Mon-Fri 8:30 to 5:00. I called and spoke to Paul, he said that if she wanted to see the body on Saturday it would cost the family $350. Ridiculous but okay. I said we'd be in first thing Monday morning so she could say good-bye to her Dad. Sorry but they wouldn't be available until 2:00. I had a fit, long story short they let her in to see her dad on Saturday. What an ordeal to put a grieving family through. I then spoke to one of his other daughters on Sunday. She said they made her feel guilty for her Dad having the audacity to die on a Friday. What garbage. Buyer beware. I live here and I'm letting everyone know of this experience.

  I had my son cremated through them because their pricing was the best I had found. A week after getting everything set up I get the call that my sons urns are ready. I had purchased and urn and two keep sake necklaces. I drove from my home in gilbert to pick up my sons ashes (not a easy thing to do) I notice the necklaces were not there and the woman forgot to order them so now I'm waiting to go there another time to pick then up again. Also the woman was so rude and unsympathetic that it was infuriating. Their pricing is fair customer service is the worst.

  Can anyone share the cost of cremation? I have a friend being held hostage for 2200.00.
